.� •w.;..., _.dam_ � .� «�.. _ a.....:�:. ... .,:;:-- .::��.c,..sYa,.r.�?J�:r� _.�.,_. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -018 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Paris did by deed dated March 27, <br />1984, receive a three - tenths (3/10) undivided interest in <br />and to Lots 1, 2 and 2A of City Block No. 201 -B upon which <br />the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County office is. located; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of leasing said <br />property to the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Inc. <br />for a term of six (6) years and nine (9) months, beginning <br />January 1, 1989 and ending September 30, 1995 upon the terms <br />and conditions and in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the <br />City of Paris, a lease contract with the Chamber of Commerce <br />of Lamar County, Inc, upon the terms and conditions and in <br />the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, Ci y ter <br />APPROVED AS F.
