MONTE MOORE <br />Auctioneers <br />TEXAS AUCTIONEER LICENSE TXS -9579 <br />Phone 903 - 784 -2557 Paris, Texas 75460 2074 N. Main <br />This sales agreement is entered into by MONTE MOORE <br />hereinafter referred to as Seller of Paris, Texas, and CITY OF <br />PARIS, hereinafter referred to as Owner under the following terms <br />and conditions; Seller agrees to conduct a public auction sale or <br />to otherwise sell the following described property belonging to <br />owner, trustees, creditors, or secured parties. The auction sale <br />to be conducted at 2074 N. Main Street, Paris, Texas, beginning <br />on the day of March, 1992. <br />PROPERTY TO BE SOLD <br />Inventory with serial numbers to be furnished Seller <br />upon return of this signed contract. <br />Inventory is attached to this contract. <br />Seller agrees to prepare all advertising material and <br />publicity necessary to properly advertise sale and promote the <br />attendance of buyers. Owner shall bear the cost of such <br />publicity and advertising in an amount not to exceed None. <br />Owner agrees to pay Seller for the services rendered by <br />Seller a commission of 10 percent of the total income from'all <br />sales made during the period of this contract whether such sales <br />are made at public auction, by private sale or 'in any other <br />manner. <br />This contract and agreement shall be binding upon the <br />parties for a period of 30 days after the execution thereof. <br />Executed this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City C er <br />OWNER <br />By: <br />George Fisher, Mayor <br />SELLER <br />MONTE MOORE, AUCTIONEERS <br />By: <br />Monte Moore <br />Resolution No. 92 -020, authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, George Fisher, to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the <br />Quit Claim Deed to Edward R. Jenkins, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilwoman Smith for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
