RESOLUTION NO. 92 -020 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 88 -006 and 90 -004 authorize the <br />City Attorney to procure the right of way necessary for the <br />First Street North West Reconstruction Project under the <br />1983 -1986 Urban Project Number MH715 from Graham Street North <br />to its intersection with North Main Street approximately 800 <br />feet north of the north boundary line of Santa Fe Street's <br />intersection with North Main Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, the alignment approved in Resolution No. 90 -004 <br />dictates that the previous easement reserved by Paris Junior <br />College in its deed to Edward R. Jenkins be released by use <br />of a quit claim- -deed in the form of Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. The required right of way having heretofore been <br />conveyed to the City of Paris by Right -Of -Way Deed from <br />Edward R. Jenkins; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the mayor of the City of <br />Paris be authorized to execute said Quit Claim Deed; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />THAT the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of <br />Paris to execute the Quit Claim Deed to Edward R.
