THENCE in a northerly direction with said curve to the

<br />the same property described as an easement for an extension
<br />of First Street Northwest in Deed from Paris Junior College
<br />to Edward R. Jenkins dated August 12, 1988 and recorded in
<br />Volume 44, Page 186, Real Property Records, Lamar County,
<br />Texas. IT BEING EXPRESSLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT' THE
<br />CONVEYANCE HEREIN IS OF AN EASEMENT INTEREST ONLY and has
<br />no effect, upon_the right of way conveyed by Right -of -Way
<br />Deed from Edward R. Jenkins to the City of Paris dated
<br />February 28, 1992, recorded in Book 268, Page 318, Real
<br />Property Records, Lamar County, Texas.
<br />with all and singular its right, title, interest, estate, claim
<br />and demand in and to the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging or in any wise pertaining; to have and to hold the
<br />above released rights, titles, interests, claims, and demand, to
<br />the said EDWARD R. JENKINS, his heirs and assigns, forever, so
<br />that neither the City of Paris nor its successors, legal
<br />representatives or assigns shall have any right or title to or
<br />interest in such property, premises or appurtenances, or any part
<br />thereof, at any time hereafter.

<br />Club and any successor in interest to demolish and remove the building
