RESOLUTION NO. 92 -021 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore approve sublease of certain property at the <br />Fairgrounds from Red River Valley Fair Association to Paris <br />Rodeo and Horse Club; and, <br />WHEREAS, it was agreed in conjunction with said sublease <br />that the Paris Rodeo and Horse Club would be given a certain <br />period of time to remove the old horse barn since the Paris <br />Rodeo and Horse Club had determined that it was not <br />economically feasible to rehabilitate the same and to make <br />such use of the materials therefrom as it saw 'fit; and, <br />WHEREAS, THE Paris Rodeo and Horse Club did, on the 4th <br />day of March, 1992, make application for and receive <br />demolition permit for same; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is <br />official permission <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED <br />that permission is <br />and any successor <br />building described <br />92 -75. <br />ATTEST: <br />appropriate that the City Council grant <br />for the horse barn to be removed; NOW, <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />given to the Paris Rodeo and Horse Club <br />in interest to demolish and remove the <br />in City of Paris demolition Permit No. <br />" ' t, -tm') <br />Mattie Cunningham, CitX C er <br />APPROVED AS <br />ME <br />ty Attorney <br />eorg Fi her, Mayor <br />
