RESOLUTION NO. 9.2=006 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore in Resolution No. 89 -008 passed and adopted on the 2nd day of January, 1989, approve the Texas Rental Rehabilitation Program TRRP Contract No. R88006, between the City of Paris and the Texas Department o'f Commerce, there- after amended by Amendment No. 1 in Resolution No. 91 -003, dated the 14th day of January, 1991, and Amendment No. 2 in Resolution No. 91 -088, dated the 12th day of August, 1991; and, WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Commerce has submitted an amendment to said contract revising the contract period in the form of Amendment No. 3, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, did execute Amendment No. 3 of the Texas Rental Rehabilitation Program TRRP Contract No. R88006 extending this program, which execution should be in all things ratified; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Texas Rental Rehabilitation Program TRRP Contract No. R88006, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby ratified and the form of such contract amendment is approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the execution of Amendment No. 3 to the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A with the Texas Department of Commerce by the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, on the 1st day of January, 1992, is hereby ratified.
