S. 271 (Mount Pleasant to Franklin County Line; 2) four <br />lanes - 47 miles on U. S. 271 (Franklin County Line to Paris), and 3) a <br />single route designation for the entire route, are hereby endorsed for <br />approval by the State Highway Commission was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilwoman Smith for approval <br />of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
