3—" 8 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection <br />Committee,' composed of the City Engineer; the Chief, Paris <br />Fire Department and the Director of Community Development, <br />proceed to'call a hearing to notify the owners, and, if any, <br />occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose <br />residences are not known by publishing the same in the <br />newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing to <br />report their findings to the City Council in accordance with <br />Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />Er i dS . Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 91 -011 approving the plans and specifications for the <br />7 -Unit Nested "T" Hanger Project with associated paving and other <br />appurtenances for Cox Field Airport, and authorizing the advertisement <br />for bids to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to <br />City Council for letting, at 3:00 P. M. on Tuesday, and presented to <br />the City Council on the 11th day of February 1991 was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by Councilman Burnett <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
