339 RESOLUTION 91 -011 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifications for a project of construction for a 7 -unit nested "T" hanger with associated paving and other appurtenances for Cox Field Airport, Paris, Texas; and, WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by City Engineer, Earl Smith, with the title being given thereto of 7 -Unit Nested "T" Hanger Project, which plans and specifications are recommended for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the plans and specifications for the 7 -Unit Nested "T" Hanger Project with associated paving and other appurtenances for Cox Field Airport, Paris, Texas, are hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such construction project should be advertised for bids to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to City Council for letting, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, February 5, 1991, and should be presented to the City Council on the 11th day of February, 1991, for the purpose of letting such bid. Ha nes City At Resolution No. 91 -012 approving the plans and specifications for the Wastewater Collection System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area, Project No. 88- WSRB- 11 -90, and authorizing advertisement for bids to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to City Council for letting at 2:00 P. M. on Thursday February 7, 1991, and presented to the City Council on the 11th day of February, 1991. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Burnett for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
