RESOLUTION 91 =012 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for a project of construction for replacement <br />lines for the wastewater collection system in the Southeast <br />Lift Station area; and, <br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been <br />prepared by Hayter Engineering, Paris, Texas, with the title <br />being given thereto of Wastewater Collection System <br />Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area, Project No. <br />88- WSRB- 11 -90, which plans and specifications are recommended <br />for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and <br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be <br />approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the plans and specifications for the Wastewater <br />Collection System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station <br />Area, Project No. 88- WSRB -11 -90 are hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Wastewater Collection <br />System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area, <br />Project No. 88- WSRB -11 -90 should be advertised for bids to be <br />received after due notice and thereafter returned to City <br />Council for letting, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday, <br />February 7, 1991, and should be presented to the City Council <br />on the 11th day of February, 1991, for the purpose of letting <br />such bid. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />Eric -S.
