RESOLUTION 91 -014 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore authorize the preparation .of plans and <br />specifications for a project of construction for a pro rata <br />12" water line extension to the newly annexed area bounded on <br />the east by the west boundary line of Highway 271 North, on <br />the north by Lake Crook Road and on the south by Stone <br />Avenue; and, <br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been <br />prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being <br />given thereto of Pro Rata 12" Water Line Extension Hwy 271 <br />North Project, which plans and specifications are recommended <br />for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and <br />WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be <br />approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the plans and specifications for the Pro Rata 12" Water <br />Line Extension Hwy 271 North Project are hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Pro Rata 12 ". Water <br />Line Extension Hwy 271 Project should be advertised for bids <br />to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to <br />City Council for letting, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, <br />February 26, 1991, and should be presented to the City <br />Council on the 11th day of March, 1991, for the purpose of <br />letting such bid. <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of January, 1991. <br />l <br />Eric S.
