City Manager Malone called for tabulations of bids for Wastewater Collection System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area, and the following bids were presented: Atkins Bros. Inc. $548,286.36 Dailey Construction Co. $889,248.65 City Manager Malone advised that it was the recommendation of City Engineer, Earl Smith, to award the bid to Atkin Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. in the amount of $454,986.00. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Fisher to award the bid for Wastewater Collection System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area to Atkin Brothers Equipment Co. Inc. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 91 -015 authorizing and directing the Mavor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford to execute on behalf of the City of Paris a contract with Richard Drake Construction for 7 - Unit Nested T Hangers to be located at Cox Field Airport. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Fendley for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
