J; <br />CTATP nF TEXAS § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, Eric S. <br />Clifford, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and Edward <br />C. Seidle, d /b /a Seidle Enterprises, hereinafter called <br />SEIDLE, do hereby contract and agree as follows: <br />1. That SEIDLE agrees to perform all labor and furnish all <br />materials for installing carpet at the Police Department <br />Building located at 811 Bonham, Paris, Texas, in accordance <br />with the specifications on Exhibit A attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof. <br />2. That SEIDLE agrees to begin installation within thirty <br />(30) days from the bid opening date of January 29, 1991. <br />3. That CITY agrees upon completion of installation of <br />carpet to pay SEIDLE the amount submitted in bid document, <br />said amount being $1,776.00. <br />Executed this 11th day of February, 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />By <br />Eric S.
