Davis Heat and Air $2,575.00 <br />City Manager Malone told the Council the recommendation of Karl Louis, <br />Chief of Police, was the low bid of Quality Heat and Air. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Kent to <br />award the bid to Quality Heat and Air in the amount of $2,075.00 for <br />one air - conditioner /heating unit for the Police Department. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for the tabulation of bids for furnishing, <br />delivery and set up of one specialized copier for the Engineering <br />Department, and the following bids were presented: <br />XEROX 2500 OR EQUAL XEROX 2500 OR EQUAL <br />Copiers and More $6,475.00 -0- <br />Stewart Engineering $8,000.00 $4,700.00 <br />City Engineer, Earl Smith, recommended that the bid be awarded to <br />Copiers and More for the purchase of the engineering copier in the <br />amount of $6,475.00, meeting all specifications. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by Councilman Burnett <br />to award the bid for a copier for the Engineering Department to Copiers <br />and More in the amount of $6,475.00. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager announced the next item on the agenda was consideration of <br />and action of bids for City Depository for City funds for two (2) year <br />period beginning March 1, 1991. <br />On the recommendation of W. E. Anderson, Director of Finance, a motion <br />was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Kent awarding <br />the bid to Liberty National Bank for City Depository for City funds for <br />two years beginning March 1, 1991. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution <br />No. <br />91 -002 authorizing and directing <br />the Mayor, Eric <br />S. <br />Clifford, to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris a lease agreement <br />with the Paris <br />Teen League Baseball Association, <br />Inc. for lease <br />of <br />Reece Field <br />ball <br />park facilities, was presented. <br />A motion was made <br />by <br />Councilman <br />Kent, <br />seconded by Councilman Fendley <br />for approval of <br />the <br />resolution. <br />The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />r. <br />
