A motion was made by Councilman Clifford, seconded by Councilman Wortham for the preparation of an Ordinance revising Chapter 15 1/2 of the Code of Ordinances by Revising Section 15 1/2 -5 and adding Section 15 1/2 -6 to allow Deputy Municipal Court Clerks to accept sworn complaints.
