A. �J <br />City Manager Malone reported on the force accounts as follows: Center <br />Street Water Main Replacement - we set aside $210,00.00 for this <br />project- expenses to date of $111,528.00 has been spent for materials, <br />$39,190.00 for construction, of the $62,740.00 bid - total expenditures <br />$150,780.00, $2.3,550.00 owed to the Contractor which leaves a balance <br />of $35,732.00; Pipeline construction has been completed on 7th N. W. <br />along Center Street, contractor is restoring the right of way, the main <br />is now in service and the old main has been abandoned; The 24th S. E. <br />12 inch water Main Project - Total construction $68,563.00, Paris Jr. <br />College's share $19,487.00, Paris Ind. School District's share <br />$21,432.00, City Share $27,643.00, there has been expenditures to date <br />for materials in the amount of $20,467.00, labor $39,980.00 of the <br />$48,096.00 that was bid - total expenditures $60,454. There is <br />$8,109.00 owed to the contractor upon completion of the project. <br />Construction is complete with the exception of some cleanup; Sewer <br />lift Station upgrading, this is the project that previously consisted <br />of Battle, Campbell, Woodard, Old Bonham Rd and 7th S. W. Lift Stations <br />- we had set aside almost $200,000.00, to date expenditures <br />$144,042.00, all new pumps have been ordered and received. The Old <br />Bonham Road Lift Station has started up and is on line, as of February <br />8th, after it is operating properly, the old station will be <br />abandoned. We are waiting for fittings and controls for the Battle <br />Lift and Campbell Lift Stations, and will relocate the existing pumps <br />at the Campbell Station to the Woodard Lift Station to make it a duplex <br />pump station. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />MAYOR Y J.
