M. <br />Resolution No. 87 -027 appointing Debbie Austin to serve as Alternate <br />Presiding Judge in Ward Four in the election to be held on April 4, <br />1987 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded <br />by Councilman Hoog for approval of the Resolution. The motion <br />carried 6 ayes, 0 nays, Councilman Bufford being out of the council <br />chambers. <br />
