�7 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -027 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore on the 12th day of January, 1987, pass Resolution <br />No. 86 -008, ordering the Regular Municipal Election for the <br />City of Paris and, among other things, established a polling <br />r--- place and election officials for Ward Four (4); and, <br />WHEREAS, the election official serving as Alternate <br />Presiding Judge for said Ward has resigned and should be <br />replaced; and, <br />WHEREAS, Debbie Austin has been nominated to serve as <br />Alternate Presiding Judge; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Debbie Austin, be, and she is hereby appointed <br />to serve as Alternate Presiding Judge in Ward Four in the <br />election to be held on April 4, 1987. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1987. <br />1� <br />' s <br />ATTEST: <br />r-- <br />atti.e Cunningham, C ty Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO ORM: <br />i <br />T. aynes, ity Attorney <br />- Resolution No. <br />87 -028 authorizing the Mayor, <br />Billy J. <br />Burnett to <br />execute a quit <br />claim deed to the <br />adjacent <br />property <br />owners for <br />proportionate share of Old Brookston <br />Road between 7th S. <br />W. and Loop <br />286 which was <br />previously closed <br />by Ordinance No. <br />84 -080 was <br />presented. A <br />motion was made by .Councilman <br />Folmar, <br />seconded by <br />Councilman Hoog <br />for approval of the Resolution. <br />The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />
