6 .�- 8 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -028 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore in Ordinance No. 84 -080 close the Old Brookston <br />Road, beginning at the West Boundary Line of 7th S.W. Street <br />in a Westerly direction to the North right -of -way line of <br />Loop 286 S.W.; and, <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the owners adjacent to the <br />road so closed are: Eddie N. Nicholson, Don Nicholson and <br />Joe M. Nicholson, Paris Industrial Foundation, Jimmie <br />Sharrock, H & W Investments and T. W. Greenwood, and <br />portions of the closed road should bye conveyed to them by <br />deed in accordance with Article 5421c -12, Vernon's Annotated <br />Texas Civil Statutes; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit <br />claim deed to the road being closed to the adjacent owners <br />on either side of said road, it appearing that the real and <br />true owners of the hereinafter described lots are as <br />follows: <br />E Pt. Lot 5, Block 172 <br />W Pt. Lot 5, Block 172, <br />Lot 1, Block 337, Lot 2, <br />Block 337 <br />Pt. Lot 2, Block 338 <br />Pt. Lot 2, Block 338 <br />Lot 1, Block 336 <br />Eddie N. Nicholson, Don <br />Nicholson and Joe M. <br />Nicholson <br />Paris Industrial <br />Foundation <br />Jimmie Sharrock <br />H & W Investments <br />T. W.
