PARCEL 3 - OLLIE KIRKLAND <br />Being a part of a small tract of land, same being a <br />part of Lots 6 and 7, Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addition to <br />the City of Paris, situated in the Hiram Williams Survey, <br />Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by Charley H. Jones and wife, Dora <br />Faye Jones, to John E. Kirkland and wife,-011ie Kirkland, by <br />deed dated the 20th day of.September, 1972, recorded in Vol. <br />543, Page 110, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being the existing <br />Northeast corner of said Kirkland tract, said point being in <br />the South boundary line of Lot 5 in Block 8 of the Spring <br />Lake Addition owned by City of Paris, said point also being <br />S 89° 27' W a distance of 41.2 feet from proposed centerline <br />survey station 52 +78.71 of proposed Collegiate Drive; <br />THENCE S 89° 27' W along the Kirkland -City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 10 feet, a point; <br />THENCE S 11° 13' E a distance of 50.9 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the East boundary line of said Kirkland <br />lot, said point being N 00° 06' E a distance of 71.0 feet <br />from the SE corner of said Kirkland lot; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the East boundary line a <br />distance of 50.0 feet, to the place of beginning and <br />containing .006 acres more or less. <br />Mayor Burnett called for action on change order to the additions to <br />the Water Treatment Plant Project by force account means to enhance <br />the suction capabilities of the high service pumps from the clearwell. <br />City Manager Malone explained that there is a restriction in the <br />suction line that is presently being used., the suction line being <br />piped fra. the clearwell and said the clearwell is a tank in the <br />ground that pumps water into town, and fran the clearwell there is a <br />
