QUIT CLAIM DEED

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR §
<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal
<br />corporation, of Lamar County, Texas, acting by and through
<br />its Mayor, Billy Joe Burnett, duly authorized by Resolution
<br />No. for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
<br />NO 1100 DOLLARS ($10.00), cash, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, to it in hand paid by FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH,
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents,
<br />bargain, sell, release and forever quit claim unto the said
<br />FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, its successors and assigns, all its
<br />right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or
<br />parcel of land situated in the County of Lamar and State of
<br />Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the
<br />City of Paris, County.of Lamar and State of Texas,
<br />a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey #778, and being
<br />part of City Block 182, and being a 30 foot lane
<br />now owned by the City of Paris, and being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the
<br />South Boundary Line of East Kaufman Street, same
<br />being the Northeast corner of an 0.91 acre tract
<br />of land conveyed First Baptist Church by deed
<br />recorded in Volume 694, Page 558, Lamar County
<br />Deed Records;
<br />THENCE SOUTH a distance of 156.75 feet, an
<br />iron pin for corner, the Northwest corner of a 30
<br />foot lane conveyed First Baptist Church by the
<br />City of Paris and recorded in Volume 654, Page
<br />892, of said Deed Records;
<br />THENCE N 85° 29' E, with the North Boundary
<br />Line of said tract described in Vol. 654, Page
<br />892, a distance of 30.1 feet, an iron pin for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE NORTH, at 28.3 feet passing through
<br />the most Northerly Northwest corner of an 0.39
<br />acre tract of land conveyed First Baptist Church
<br />by L.. P. McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation and
<br />recorded in Volume 644, Page 90, of said Deed
<br />Records, continuing North a total distance of
<br />154.3 feet to an iron pin for corner in the South
<br />Boundary Line of said East Kaufman Street;
<br />THENCE N 89° 51' West, with the South
<br />Boundary Line of Kaufman Street, a distance of 30
<br />feet to the place of beginning and containing
<br />0.107 acres of land, more or less.
