Resolution No. 87 -035 authorizing and directing the Mayor, Bill J. <br />Burnett to execute Change order No. 1 to the contract for the Paris <br />Public Library Improvement Project with Audley Moore Company was <br />presented. <br />Bill Lightfoot, Architect for the Paris Public Library Improvement <br />Project appeared before the Council and told the Council that the <br />Change order would add an overhead door, rework masonry and grade <br />beam, four additional lights and electric power to the door unit. <br />Mr. Lightfoot told the Council this area would be used for storage <br />for lawnmowers, small tractors, and tools used by the Parks and <br />Recreation Department. Mr. Lightfoot stated that the additional cost <br />would be $6,275.00 and would be within budget. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by <br />Councilman Wortham for approval of the Resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />649 <br />
