65') <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -035 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, in Resolution No. 86 -077, award the contract for <br />the Paris Public Library Improvements to Audley Moore <br />Company; and, <br />WHEREAS, William M. Lightfoot, AIA, recommends the <br />amendment of said contract by Change Order No. 1 attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A ", which provides for a net increase in <br />contract price of $6,275.00 to a total of-$708,375.00, and <br />an increase in contract time of four (4) calendar days for <br />adding an overhead door, rework masonry and grade beam, <br />provide four additional lights and electric power to door <br />unit; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the contract for the Paris Public Library <br />Improvements project is hereby amended by Change Order No. 1 <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized and directed, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute said Change <br />Order. <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of March, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie unningham, City er <br />APPROVED AS 0 FORM: <br />T.
