The overhead door shall be equal <br />to that manufactured by Overhead Door Company, Series #418; <br />16 gauge galvanized insulated flush steel door with electric <br />operator, weatherstripping, and lock. <br />Door shall operate with inside electric push button. Door <br />shall be painted with one coat of galvanized primer and two <br />coats of outside paint as specified. <br />The Contractor shall excavate some additional dirt as directed <br />by the Architect, and include electric operators and additional <br />lights. The Contractor proposes to do this additional work and <br />materials for the sum of $6,275.00, and four additional days <br />of construction time. <br />The attached information was requested by Dick Boots to provide <br />a great deal of additional storage for the City. <br />It is my recommendation that the City accept this change order. <br />Yours very truly, <br />William r1.
