MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />April 8, 1987 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, <br />Wednesday, April 8, 1987, 6:45 P. M. in the Council roan of City Hall. <br />Mayor Billy J. Burnett called the meeting to order with the following <br />Councilmen present: W. C. Francis, Travis Wortham, and Bill Bone. <br />Also present was City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. <br />Haynes, and City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Special Council Meeting was called for <br />the purpose of receiving a report fran City Attorney Haynes regarding <br />eminent danain cases. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the report of eminent domain cases. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive <br />session and declared the regular session closed, and the executive <br />session open. <br />City Attorney Haynes "mussed pending eminent domain cases with the <br />Council, and settlement of eminent domain case of Buryl Whitaker and <br />wife, Ima Rae Whitaker. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed, and the regular <br />session open. <br />further No - - -- _. <br />i LLY �� : -a ►. <br />ATTEST: <br />
