043 <br />Third: That the time of completion is 15n consemirive calpnrlar days <br />(the number of days, the <br />after "Notice to Proceed" has been issued by fhe owner <br />limiting date, or other provision which is consistent with the <br />proposal) <br />Fourth: That the contract documents which are hereby made a part of <br />this Agreement by the actual attachment or by this reference thereto <br />are as follows: <br />1. The Invitation to Bid - being the invitation to submit a <br />proposal; <br />2. The Specification named above by title; <br />3. The Detailed Plans listed and described in said <br />specifications, together with those with may be issued as <br />supplements thereof; and <br />4. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Bufford, seconded by Councilman <br />Clifford for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />
