r-- RESOLUTION NO. 87_ 051 WHEREAS, the City Council . of the City of Paris did heretofore on September 12, 1983 pass and adopt Resolution No. 83 -058 which authorized agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation in the form of Traffic Signal Agreement Type B, Freeway Type B, form date 10 -76, D -18; and, WHEREAS, from time to time projects will be authorized and constructed in accordance with said agreement and the current Mayor of the City of Paris should be authorized to execute said plans after having been advised by the city staff that said plans comply with said agreement; and, WHEREAS, project M A757(1 ) is proposed and should be signed by the Mayor of t e ity of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the plans for project M A757 1 ; and, of BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to a to lans f e projects Paris is hereby authorize authorized and constructed in accordance the agreement between the City of Paris and the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation dated September 12, 1983, after having been advised by the city staff that said plans comply with said agreement.
