RESOLUTION NO. 87 052 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on March 16, 1987 in Resolution No. 87 -031 authorize acquisition of utility easements for the relo- cation of utilities in connection with Collegiate Drive Improvement Project; and, WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with Larry Walker, M.D., P.A., one of the property owners from which an easement is required, to trade 0.46 acres adjacent to his —J lot to him as consideration for the needed utility easement; and, WHEREAS, is deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris to deed said 0.46 acres to Larry Walker, M.D., P.A. and retain a temporary construction easement for the construction of Collegiate Drive using the form attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the General Warranty Deed in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto to Larry Walker, M.D. Passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1987. Bell of an easement being part of Lot 6, City Block 222 -A was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by Councilman Wortham for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
