�8 RESOLUTION NO. 87,067 WHEREAS, the terms of office of Lynn Hitt, Robert White and Judy Lutz as member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1987; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, does hereby recommend the re- appointment of Robert White and Judy Lutz and the appointment of Wayne Fletcher, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the re- appointment of Robert White and Judy Lutz and the appointment of Wayne Fletcher, to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, 1990, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris. City Attorney Haynes presented a Resolution amending the contract of the Fixed Base Operator at Cox Field to eliminate the security requirement. A motion was made by Councilman Clifford to table action on the Resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kent and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Burnett announced that the next item on the agenda was consideration of and action of Federal Express request to place one outside, public dropbox on the south side of the 10 Block of Clarksville Street, near the intersection with 1st S. E. Street. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the request from Federal Express to place one outside, public dropbox on the south side of the 10 Block of Clarksville Street.
