�8 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87,067 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Lynn Hitt, Robert White <br />and Judy Lutz as member of the Traffic Commission of the <br />City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1987; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, does hereby recommend the re- appointment of Robert <br />White and Judy Lutz and the appointment of Wayne Fletcher, <br />for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1987, and <br />ending June 30, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re- appointment of Robert White and Judy Lutz <br />and the appointment of Wayne Fletcher, to serve as members <br />of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for a term <br />of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June <br />30, 1990, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed <br />by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of June, 1987. <br />L/_! `.- c <br />ATTEST: <br />ML <br />Mattie Cunning am, L;IW Clerk <br />APPROVED AS- 0 FORM: <br />T. K. aynes, City Attorney. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a Resolution amending the contract of <br />the Fixed Base Operator at Cox Field to eliminate the security <br />requirement. A motion was made by Councilman Clifford to table action <br />on the Resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kent and <br />carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the next item on the agenda was <br />consideration of and action of Federal Express request to place one <br />outside, public dropbox on the south side of the 10 Block of <br />Clarksville Street, near the intersection with 1st S. E. Street. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded by <br />Councilman Kent for approval of the request from Federal Express to <br />place one outside, public dropbox on the south side of the 10 Block of <br />Clarksville Street. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Burnett directed the Council's attention to a request to <br />establish new polling locations as follows: <br />
