79 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -069 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled 1987 Central <br />Interceptor Rehabilitation, Phase I, in accordance with <br />plans and specifications prepared by Ron Pedersen, Staff <br />Engineer of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said 1987 Central Interceptor Rehabilitation, <br />Phase I. project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above <br />described temporary construction easements are necessary for <br />said improvement project and that the same should be <br />condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K.
