Oktay Senvardarli and Frans Vercamer - Parcel 1 3 <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the city of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Redding Russell <br />Survey, and being a part of Lot 16, City Block 250, which <br />was described in deed from CFV Investments to Oktay <br />Senvardarli and Frans' Vercamer, dated February 25, 1985, <br />recorded Book 681, Page 160 , Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary line of said <br />tract the same being the West boundary line of Stillhouse <br />Road, same being South 34° 56' West a distance of 201.7 feet <br />from the Northeast corner of said tract; <br />THENCE South 34° 56' West, with the East boundary line <br />of said tract and West boundary line of said Stillhouse <br />Road, a distance of 51.6 feet, a point; <br />THENCE North 69° 24' West a distance of 524.95 feet, a <br />point; <br />THENCE North 20° 36' East a distance of 50 feet, a <br />point; <br />THENCE South 69° 24' East a.distance of 537.75 feet to <br />the place of beginning and containing 0.6099 acres of land, <br />more or less. <br />Resolution No. 87 -070 authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris to execute Change Orders 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 with Audley Moore <br />Company for the Paris Public Library Improvements was presented. <br />Bill Lightfoot, Architect for the Library Project, appeared before the <br />Council and went over each change order with the Council and stated <br />that the Library Project was within budget, and recommended approving <br />the change orders. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by <br />Councilman Clifford for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
