-c ; / <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -020 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to Lyndol <br />Brown moving out of the City, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, having appointed Rayburn Bell to serve the <br />unexpired term of Lyndol Brown, which ends December 31, <br />1987, and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of Rayburn Bell, as a member of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Par }s, to serve the <br />unexpired term of Lyndol Brown, which ends December 31, <br />1987, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />t, <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of February, 1987. <br />Bell <br />ATTEST: <br />� N'la SC'(l <br />Mattie Cunningham, City er <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />c <br />T. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 87 -021 authorizing and directing the Mayor, billy J. <br />Burnett to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Application <br />Software Maintenance Agreement with Municipal Software Consultants, <br />Inc. was presented. <br />W. E. Anderson, Director of Finance appeared before the Council <br />reconviendi.ng the Application Software Maintenance Agreement with <br />Municipal Software Consultants Inc. due to the maintenance updates <br />needed for our computer system. Mr. Anderson told the Council that <br />they would be hiring the best computer canpany around. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by <br />Councilman Folmar for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
