Resolution No. 87 -023 approving plans and specifications for the <br />Wastewater Sludge Disposal System transmission pipeline and <br />irrigation equipment, and authorizing advertisement of bids was <br />presented. <br />John Buss, Director of Engineer presented the plans and <br />specifications for the Wastewater Sludge Disposal System transmission <br />pipeline and irrigation equipment and requested authorization to <br />advertise for bids, Mr. Buss informed the Council that this is the <br />next step in the project, and stated progress was being made on <br />acquiring the land that is needed for the project. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded <br />by Councilman Folmar approving the Resolution. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />
