A motion was made by Councilman Bone,. seconded by Councilman Hoog to <br />remove from the table the Final Plat of Oak Creek, Phase 2. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by Councilman Hoog <br />for approval of the Final Plat of Oak Creek, Phase 2 subject to the <br />requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following petition for rezoning: <br />Mrs. W. F. Jessee, Lot 2, City Block 254 from 'F District to General <br />Retail District; Kelly Miles, Lot 2, City Block 301 and Lot 2, City <br />Block 305 from SF -2 District to Light Industrial District; Lowry <br />Carrington, Lots 2 and 3, City Block 248 -B from Neighborhood Service <br />District to General Retail District. <br />Mayor Burnett referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for their study and recommendation and called for a public <br />hearing at the next regular Council meeting. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive <br />session, and declared the regular session closed. <br />City Attorney Haynes discussed legal matters with the Council, and <br />gave a report on condemnation. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed, and the regular <br />session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />i f i <br />ATTEST: <br />RUMNO MAKOVIOUlle-V-1M <br />
