The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />ANNEXATION ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY <br />CONSISTING OF 90.62 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS LESS THAN TEN PERCENT <br />(10% OF THE TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH <br />SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SAID <br />TERRITORY. <br />was presented. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the reading of the Ordinance was necessary <br />in the legal proceding for annexation, that no motion was necessary. <br />Resolution No. 840 -020 authorizing the Mayor to execute a Quit Claim <br />Deed to a north south allen from Bonham to Maple between 23rd N. W. and <br />24th N. W. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, <br />seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Resolution.
