City Engineer
REPLAT LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 74 -C
I have reviewed the proposed subdivision of property shown on the referenced .
replat and it appears that such replat fully complies with the terms and pro-
visions of the City of Paris Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315, with
the following exceptions and /or additions:
1. the existing right -of -way in this area is extremely difficult to define,
therefore, the developer's consultant has proposed the use of an apparent
right -of -way usage; the developer's dedication (or quit.- claim) of property
within 25 feet of the centerline of this apparent r.o.w. usage appears to
be an appropriate dedication for future r.o.w. needs;
2, there appears to be adequate water and sanitary sewer mains in this area,
however, if that information is inaccurate or incomplete the developer will
need to extend or provide such mains as necessary - the developer will need
to install service taps for each lot prior to the filing of this plat;
. 3. the developer is required to construct the standard curb and gutter along
the subdivision's side of the boundary streets (Grove and Garrett Streets),
however, I recommend that this requirement be waived as being impractical
at this time; and,
4. there are some minor corrections which need to be made on the plat drawing
prior to the filing of this plat.
"R "ly4 ?
Thomas R.
