r. <br />r-- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-029 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution 84 -023 authorize a project plan for <br />projects entitled Landfill Closure and Infiltration and <br />Inflow Flow Equalization Basin Projects; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property descriptions of the property <br />required for the completion of said projects was contained <br />in said Resolution; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property needed for said projects has been <br />appraised and it is right and proper that the City Attorney, <br />offer said appraised amount to the owners of such property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to offer the appraised <br />amounts of the property described in Exhibit A attached to <br />Resolution No. 84 -023 as the same appear on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and in the event that such sums are not <br />acceptable to the owners of such property to proceed as <br />authorized in said Resolution No. 84 -023. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of May, 1984. <br />it e Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
