RESOLUTION NO. 84 -006 <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Paris that there is a street <br />beginning approximately 130 feet South of the South <br />Right -of -way line of West Houston Street and running South <br />I <br />for approximately 130 feet, known as 36th N. W. Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council that the street is not desired by the property <br />owner adjacent to said street, but that said street is of use <br />and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for <br />utility easement purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, <br />and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit claim deed to <br />the street being closed to the adjacent owners on either side <br />of said street, it appearing that Jim F. A motion was made <br />by Councilman W4,,, seconded by Councilman Hoog for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The notion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
