RESOLUTION NO. 84 -010 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is <br />desirous of removing roosting habitat from location within <br />the City Limits of the City of Paris is order to remove the <br />possible health hazard being created by such roost; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Chief, Paris Fire Department has been <br />given the task of overseeing the removal of such health <br />hazards and he should be authorized to take all steps <br />necessary to accomplish that - purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, as follows: <br />1. That the Chief , Paris Fire Department, be and he <br />is directed to oversee the removal of roosting habitat from <br />locations within the City of Paris in order to remove health <br />hazards created by birds using such habitat. <br />2. That Steve Burgin, Chief, Paris Fire Department, <br />be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />deliver upon behalf of the City of Paris the necessary <br />applications, communications, instruments, assurances, <br />releases, and documents necessary for completion of the <br />habitat removal project. <br />3.
