RESOLUTION NO. 84 -011 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris since Willard <br />Townsend and Rick Conner no longer hold the positions which <br />qualified them to serve on said commission, and it is <br />necessary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the <br />City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Roy Sparks, Lone <br />Star Gas Company representative and Tom Pine, City Engineer <br />to serve until their successors are appointed and has <br />submitted the names of such persons to the City Council of <br />the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: that the appointments of Roy Sparks and Tom Pine, as <br />members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to <br />serve until their successors are appointed, are by the City <br />Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of February, 1984. <br />01�-UA61� <br />J e Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H. Schull as a member of the Histor- <br />ic Landmark Preservation Committee was presented.
