MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />February 27, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, Tuesday, February, <br />27, 1984 5:17 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to order with the following <br />I Councilmen present: Donald G. Wilson, Gene McWaters, Jr., Jeff Hoog, Nathan Bell, <br />George Fisher, and A. L. Ware. Also present were City Manager, David H. Doty, <br />and City Attorney, T. K. Haynes. Mayor Graham appointed City Manager, David H. <br />Doty to serve as temporary City Clerk for the purpose of taking the minutes of <br />the current meeting. <br />Mayor Graham requested the Council's consideration of an Ordinance concerning <br />the proposed annexation of certain property. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84 -017 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84 -011 BY SETTING AN ADDITIONAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO BE HELD ON MARCH 12, 1984, BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING THE PROPOSED <br />ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />Bell for adoption of the Ordinance.
