March 3, 1984 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />a <br />ti. r <br />TO Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM City Engineer <br />REPLAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, WESTSIDE ADDITION <br />I have reviewed the proposed subdivision of property shown on the referenced <br />replat and it appears that such plat fully complies with the terms and <br />provisions of the City of Paris Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315, <br />with the following exceptions and /or additions: <br />I. the developer's surveyor needs to provide existing utility information so <br />that an adequate evaluation may be made to define the need for extension <br />of utilities - the extension of necessary utility mains and service con- <br />nections will need to be provided prior to the filing of this plat; <br />2. the developer's surveyor needs to provide existing right -of -way widths <br />so that an adequate evaluation may be made as to the need for dedication <br />of additional right -of -way to conform to the city's minimum right -of -way <br />r <br />requirements; <br />3. the developer is required to construct the standard curb and gutter along <br />the boundary streets, however, I recommend that this requirement be <br />waived as being impractical at this time; <br />4, the developer needs to furnish certification that all taxes and fees have <br />been paid; and, <br />5, there are a number of corr_�ctions which need to be made on the plat <br />drawing prior to the filing of this plat. <br />I recommend approval of this replat subject to compliance with the above items. <br />Resp,ectfull y, <br />Thomas R.
