I <br />�t <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed, and that no action was <br />needed at this time; that the City of Paris was following legal proce- <br />dures concerning annexation. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the next order of business would be consid- <br />eration of an action on accepting a street right of way dedication for _W <br />26th Street N. E. Mr. A. W. Clem, Attorney, appeared before the Council <br />representing Dr. Larry Walker, and Garland Lamb requesting the City to <br />accept dedication of property right of way for 26th Street N. E. The <br />Council was informed that a deed had been filed in the County Court <br />records deeding land for right of way for 26th Street N. E., but that <br />the City had not accepted such deed. <br />No action was taken on the petition. <br />A replat of Lots 3 and 6, Block U, Tanglewood was presented to the <br />Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />McWaters approving the replat subject the requirements of the City <br />Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A replat of Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 1, F. 0. Reed Addition was present- <br />ed to the City Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, second- <br />ed by Councilman Hoog to approve the replat subject to the requirements <br />of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The final plat of Paris. Bible Church Addition was presented to the <br />Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />McWaters approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the <br />City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A replat of Lot 9, City Block 259 was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman McWaters, seconded by Councilman Bell approving the replat <br />subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />The final plat of the Wolf Creek Subdivision was presented to the City <br />Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />McWaters approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the <br />City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The final plat of Beaver Lake Subdivision was presented to the City <br />Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />Hoog approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the City <br />Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A replat of Lots 14 -A, 14 -D, City Block 170 -C was presented to the <br />Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />Hoog to approve the plat subject to the requirements of the City Engi- <br />neer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The following petitions were presented to the City Council for rezoning: <br />Gary Pirtle Lot 7, City Block 235 -A -from a One Family Dwelling District <br />No. 3 to a Light Industrial District; Gary McDowra - Site Plan approval <br />in a Planned Development District on Lot 5, City Block 102 -C; Steven L. <br />
