I �t Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed, and that no action was needed at this time; that the City of Paris was following legal proce- dures concerning annexation. Mayor Graham announced that the next order of business would be consid- eration of an action on accepting a street right of way dedication for _W 26th Street N. E. Mr. A. W. Clem, Attorney, appeared before the Council representing Dr. Larry Walker, and Garland Lamb requesting the City to accept dedication of property right of way for 26th Street N. E. The Council was informed that a deed had been filed in the County Court records deeding land for right of way for 26th Street N. E., but that the City had not accepted such deed. No action was taken on the petition. A replat of Lots 3 and 6, Block U, Tanglewood was presented to the Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters approving the replat subject the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. A replat of Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 1, F. 0. Reed Addition was present- ed to the City Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, second- ed by Councilman Hoog to approve the replat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. The final plat of Paris. Bible Church Addition was presented to the Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. A replat of Lot 9, City Block 259 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McWaters, seconded by Councilman Bell approving the replat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. The final plat of the Wolf Creek Subdivision was presented to the City Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. The final plat of Beaver Lake Subdivision was presented to the City Council. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman Hoog approving the final plat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
