M. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Williams announced that the Council would go into <br />executive session to discuss legal matters with the City Attorney. <br />The regular session was declared closed and the executive session open. <br />Legal matters were discussed mith the City Attorney. <br />The executive session was declared closed and the regular session open. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Fisher <br />to take from the table action on Resolution No. 2167. The motion <br />carried 6 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Francis voting nay. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Williams called for a motion on Resolution No. 2167 <br />and a motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded by Councilman <br />Graham for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, <br />1 nay, Councilman Francis voting nay. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Williams called attention to the Council to an item on <br />the agenda calling for a review of improvements at the Water Treatment <br />Plant. A motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded by Councilman <br />Fisher to table review of the improvements to the Water Treatment Plant. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />WALTER F.
