1 <br />-4- % <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />May 13, 1982 <br />The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Paris was held <br />Thursday, May 13, 1982, 6:00 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to <br />order with the following Councilmen present. Donald G. Wilson, Gene <br />McWaters, Jr., Walter F. Williams, George Fisher, Jr. Also present <br />were City Manager, R. W. Sokoll, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and <br />City Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Mayor Graham advised the Council that several items were on the agenda <br />that including referral of petitions for re- zoning to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, reconsideration of the petition of Ray Spencer for <br />a change in zoning from a one Family Dwelling District No. 2 to a <br />Light Industrial District on Lot 1, City Block 85 located on the east <br />side of 13th Street N. W. between Campbell Street and West Shiloh <br />Street. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following petition for re- zoning: <br />Alfred Fangio, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, Block 1, Belmont Addition from <br />SF -3 District to Commercial District. <br />Mayor Graham referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for their study and recommendation, and called for a public hearing at <br />the next regular Council meeting. <br />Mayor Graham called for continuation of the consideration of the <br />petition of Ray Spencer for a change of zoning from a One Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 to a Light Indstrial District for the purpose <br />of establishing a Mobile Home Park on Lot 1, City Block 85. <br />City Manager Sokoll presented the following cost estimate to the <br />Councilfor developing the Mobile Home Park in question. <br />Electrical <br />Plumbing <br />Rock <br />Equipment -Labor <br />Water Tap -Meter <br />Sub -Total <br />SPENCER COST <br />TO COMPLETE (ESTIMATE <br />Gravel- Walkways <br />Texas Power & Light Company <br />Lone Star Gas Company <br />Maintenance, (Grass, etc.) <br />Sub -Total <br />Total Cost <br />Proposed Labor for Operation of <br />Mobile Home Park for one year <br />Grand Total <br />$ 6,534.00 <br />17,536.00 <br />10,000.00 <br />4,000.00 <br />650.00 <br />$ 38,720.00 <br />10,000.00 <br />21,000.00 <br />4,000.00 <br />17,000.00 <br />$ 52,000.00 <br />$ 90,720.00 <br />10,000.00 <br />$100,720.00 <br />
