Resolution No. 2174 re- appointing Dr. C. D. McMillan to the Advisory <br />Board of Health for a period of two years beginning July 1, 1982 was <br />presented. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2174 <br />WHEREAS, ARticle 4436a -1, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes <br />requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the City of <br />Paris and County of Lamar shall consist of seven (7) members <br />who are resident citizens of Lamar County who have resided <br />within the County for a period of more than three (3) years <br />next preceding the time of their appointments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of C. D. McMillan has <br />expired, and it is necessary to replace or re- appoint a person <br />to fill the vacancy created by the expiration of his term; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, <br />has recommended the re- appointment of C. D. McMillan, who <br />continues to be qualified, to serve on said Advisory Board <br />of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar, for a <br />term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1982 and ending <br />June 30, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That C. D.
