Resolution No. 2173 re- appointing Mr. Frank Fuller, Cecil (A.C.) <br />Mackin and Edmon Castleberry to the Band Commission was presented. <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2173 <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 873, passed by the City <br />Council of the City of Paris, on October 29, 1929, <br />provided for the appointment of a Band Commission by <br />the Mayor. of the City of Paris, to be confirmed by <br />the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band <br />Commission to be composed of three (3) members; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. Frank Fuller, <br />Cecil (A.C.) Mackin and Edmond Castleberry, as members <br />of said Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1982; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, <br />has re- appointed Mrs. Frank Fuller, Cecil (A,C.) Mackin, <br />and Edmond Castleberry, to serve as members of said <br />Band Commission for a term of one (1) years, beginning <br />July 1, 1982, and ending June 30, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re- appointments of Mrs. Frank Fuller, <br />Cecil (A.C.)
