f <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 21, 1982 <br />The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Paris was held <br />Monday, June 21, 1982, 5:30 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting <br />to order with the following Councilmen present: Donald G. Wilson, <br />Larry McGee, Gene McWaters, Jr., Walter F. Williams. Also present <br />were City Manager, R. W. Sokoll, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and <br />City Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Mr. Bob Jones and Mr. Mike Minton representing the Ark -Tex Council of <br />Government appeared before the Council and discussed the Community <br />Development Block Grant Program, and American Small City's Program. <br />Councilman Fisher entered the Council Chamber and assumed his chair <br />at the Council table. <br />Resolution No. 2183 referring dilapidated buildings to the Building <br />Hazard Inspection Committee was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman McGee, seconded by Councilman Wilson for adoption of <br />the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />i <br />I, <br />I <br />I <br />
