r <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />June 17, 1982 <br />The special meeting of the'City Council of the City of Paris was <br />held Thursday, June 17, 1982, 6:00 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting _ <br />to order with the following Councilmen present: W. C. Francis, Donald I <br />G. Wilson, Gene McWaters,.Jr., and George Fisher, Jr., Also present l <br />were City Manager, R. W. Sokoll, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City <br />Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the special meeting was called for the <br />purpose of meeting with Consulting Engineers on the Sewer Improvement <br />Project. Mr. Bob Vivian, and Mr. Chuck Zickefoose, representing the <br />CRS Engineering Cousulting Firm employeed by the City to develope <br />plans and specifications for addition to the Sewer Treatment Plant, <br />appeared before the Council. City Engineer, Rick Conner also appeared <br />before the Council to discuss the Sewer Treatment Plant Project. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the City would go into executive session, <br />to discuss legal matters with the City Attorney, and the regular session <br />was closed, and the executive session open. <br />Discussion was had with the City Attorney on legal matters. <br />The executive session was declared closed, and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
