NE• t , <br />A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Williams <br />approving Resolutions 2171 throught 2182. The motion carried 6 ayes, <br />1 nay, Councilman Mcl4aters voting nay. <br />Dr. Richard Swint appeared before the Council and discussed the <br />deterioration of the outfall line from Paris to the Sewer Treatment <br />Plant, and encouraged action be taken to remedy the situation. After <br />discussion a motion was made by Councilman Francis, authorizing bids <br />on approximately 2200 feet of pipe for the outfall line in the area <br />of Pine Creek, and authorized the drawing up of plans and specifications <br />for installation. The motion was seconded by Councilman McWaters and <br />Carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the City would go into executive session <br />and the regular session was declared closed, and the executives session <br />open. <br />Discussion was had concerning the contract with Joe Ramon and Sons <br />for debris removal in the disaster area. <br />Mayor Graham declared the executive session closed and the regular <br />session open. <br />Mayor Graham announced that he would appoint a personnel policy <br />Committee composed of Councilman Francis, Councilman Williams, and <br />the Mayor. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned, <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
